This recipe is great to try out your creative cooking skills and it's tasty delicious. There's just one thing - you are sure to want more! But that's no problem when broccoli is on special and you have a little patience:)

1 extra large crown of broccoli or 2 small crowns of broccoli (enough to yield 3 cups lightly packed pulsed broccoli)

2 large eggs

½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 thick slices of cheddar cheese
