Laura Vitale's Mississippi Pot Roast
Ingredients
  • 2.5lb Chuck Roast
  • 1 Small Yellow Onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 Cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp of Granulated Garlic
  • 2 tsp of Granulated Onion
  • 1 tsp of Thyme
  • 1 tsp of Dried Oregano
  • Few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup of Beef Stock
  • 5 or 6 Peperoncini
  • 2 Tbsp of Butter
  • 2 tsp of Cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp of water
  • 2 Tbsp of Chopped Parsley
