Carrot Smoothie with Ginger & Orange
Ingredients
  • 750 ml kefir (or liquid of your choice)
  • 3 carrots - scrubbed & halved
  • thumb sized knob of ginger
  • 1 orange - zested then peeled (I used a blood orange)
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 2 tsp linseeds
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baobab powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp bee pollen (optional)
  • few marigold petals (optional)
