Vietnamese Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken thighs boneless and skinless, cut into bite sized pieces
  • ¼ cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce or Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 tablespoons fresh ginger thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth low sodium
  • 2 to 3 green onions chopped
  • fresh cilantro for garnish
