Korean Glazed Chicken
Ingredients
  • Not sure how much chicken this will cover, i will be making 3 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup soy sauce
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon of black bean sauce
Steps
  1. Add all the ingredients into the IP pot - chicken, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, soy sauce, brown sugar, broth, and sesame oil.
  2. Secure the lid of the IP and ensure the valve is set to SEALING.
  3. Press MANUAL and adjust the time to  17 minutes on HIGH pressure.
  4. The display will reflect ON while the IP comes to pressure. Allow a few minutes for your IP to come to pressure.
Notes
  • - ended up to salty
  • - next time omit the salt
  • - there was a lot of liquid maybe lessen all thing for just 3 thighs
