Lager Tomato Soup with Mustard Grilled Cheese

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1½ cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Dijon mustard
  • Whole grain mustard
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • Goat cheese, crumbled
