Fiesta Potatoes (Soup Kitchen)

Ingredients
  • 1 Box Scalloped or Au Gratten Potatoes (Instiutional Size)
  • 3 Large White Onions, diced.
  • 2 Ea, Red, Green, and Yellow Bell Peppers, diced.
  • 1 22.6oz Mushroom Soup (Family Size)
Steps
  1. Follow directions on package of potatoes.
  2. In a large sauté pan cook the onions and peppers until tender.
  3. Stir in the mushroom soup.
  4. Add the sautéed onions and peppers.
  5. Simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve warm.
