  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 ½ cups brown rice, uncooked
  • 3 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 2 green onions, sliced (optional)
  • subheading: For the Garlic Parmesan Green Beans:
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lbs fresh green beans, stems removed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated (use nutritional yeast for vegan or omit for paleo)
