Ingredients
  • 3 apples, cut in half. I like to use Honey Crisp apples, but any firm and sweet apple should work such as: Fuji, Ambrosia, Pink Lady.
  • ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • ¼ cup zero point brown sugar sweetener  - I use Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour. You can substitute it for sub whole wheat, almond flour, or gluten free flour.
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp light butter, cold. You can either use the soft light butter such as: “Land O ‘ Lakes light butter made with canola oil or ” I can’t believe it’s not butter” found in the tub or ” I can’t believe it’s not butter” baking sticks.
  • 1 Tbsp light butter, melted for drizzle
  • Smucker’s sugar free caramel syrup, optional
