  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice or to taste

  • salt to taste
  • subheading: Cucumber Salad:
  • ½ cucumber sliced
  • 1 tbsp vinegar of choice I used rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • sliced red onions to garnish if desired
