  • 1 tablespoon gochujang
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons tahini
  • 3 tablespoons chile crisp, plus more for serving
  • 2 cups chicken broth (or any type of broth)
  • 2 cups soy milk
  • 3 heads baby bok choy
