Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • ¼ cup whipping cream
  • lemon juice, to taste
  • 1 package of smoked salmon (usually around 4 oz) , halved
  • 1 pat of butter, for pan coating
  • 2 tbsp butter (or ghee), melted
  • cream cheese, pinched pieces
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • Ole' Bay to taste
  • smoked paprika to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
  • dried dill to taste
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Rub a pat of butter around the baking dish.
  3. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter
  4. Place 12 eggs and whipping cream in a large bowl and whisk to combine. Add seasonings, cheese, cream cheese and salmon to bowl and mix well.
  5. Transfer bowl contents to pan and place in the oven for 30 minutes or until the center doesn't move when shaken.
