Bacon-Wrapped Crab-Stuffed Shrimp
Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp Old Bay seafood seasoning
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • subheading: For the Lemon Basil Cream:
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 Tbsp minced shallot (~1 small shallot)
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves finely chopped
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • 1 pinch fresh cracked pepper
