Bacon - Grilled Bacon-Cheddar Bread | Open Face Sandwich | Grilled
Ingredients
  • With lots of melted cheese and crumbled bacon, these super-quick open-face sandwiches won't hang around long. A sprinkle of fresh parsley adds a pretty finish.

  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 ½ cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, if desired
