Butternut-Maple Blondies
Ingredients
  • 1 2-pound butternut squash, halved and seeded
  • ¾ C cold unsalted butter, diced, plus more for the pan
  • 3 TBSP Demerara sugar, for the pan
  • 1 C dark brown sugar
  • 2 LG eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 TBSP pure maple syrup
  • 1 TSP vanilla extract
  • 2 C all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ TSP baking powder
  • ¾ TSP ground cumin
  • ¾ TSP ground ginger
  • ¼ TSP ground mace
  • ½ TSP kosher salt
  • 6 OZ white chocolate, coarsely chopped
