Asma Khan Chicken Kebab
Ingredients
  • 1kg boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 5-cm pieces
  • 200g full-fat Greek-style yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 8 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1 large white onion, sliced
  • 5cm piece of fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • lemon wedges, to serve
