  • 1½ cups ( 187.5 g) shredded Gala apples, about 2 medium apples, peeled

  • 8 ounces ( 226.8 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 2½ teaspoons ( 2.5 teaspoons) vanilla extract

  • 4 cups ( 480 g) powdered sugar
  • 1½ teaspoons ( 1.5 teaspoons) ground cinnamon
