Ingredients

  • 150g of white cabbage, very thinly sliced or shredded

  • 250g of masa harina, plus a bit more if needed
  • A pinch of sea salt

  • 8 corn or wheat tortillas, warmed, or tacos
  • 1 small bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
  • Fresh or pickled chillies or chilli sauce, to taste
  • Sea salt & freshly ground black pepper
