My Fav Green Juice for Weight Loss & Energy
Ingredients
  • 2 lemons, peeled
  • 4 Celery ribs
  • ¼ to ½ bunch cilantro or parsley
  • 2 apples
  • 2 inches ginger root
  • 1 large cucumber
  • ¼ pineapple, peeled
  • ½ to 1 bunch kale or Swiss chard or any dark leafy green you enjoy

  • Juice all ingredients and enjoy.

  • note: NOTE:Stores in a gas jar with lid for 24 to 48 hours depending on the type of juicer you have. If you want to enjoy it later, I recommend filling the jar up all the way to the top to prevent excess oxidation, and screw the lid on tightly.
