Ingredients
  • 1 zucchini, peeled into noodles (use a julienne peeler or spiralizer!)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • ½ tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes (seriously, this is completely dependent on your preferences. The more you add, the hotter it is.)
  • ¾ tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ tablespoon soy sauce
  • chopped cilantro, dry minced garlic, and crushed peanuts for garnish
