Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil or canola oil
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups peeled and diced mango, fresh, canned or frozen
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup macadamia nuts, walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup grated coconut
