4 to 6 boneless center cut pork chops (or other cut of pork chops)

salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

1 TBS cooking oil

5 medium carrots, peeled & cut into bite size pieces

6 to 8 medium red potatoes, scrubbed & cut into bite size pieces

2 (10.5oz) cans cream of onion soup

1 (.8oz) pkt dry ranch seasoning mix

1 (1.46oz) pkt dry pork gravy mix (I use pioneer)

20 oz milk

chopped fresh or dried parsley or chives garnish
