  • 1 28 ounce can of tomato puree
  • 1 6 ounce can of tomato paste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic
  • 6 slices bread
