  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • 1 ½ cups shredded carrots organic tastes best
  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts

  • 5 ounces pitted dates, chopped
  • ¾ cup raw cashews unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut flour optional
