Creamy Lemon Pie
Ingredients
  • 8 or 9-inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
  • 3 egg yolks or egg whites
  • 14 oz. can sweetenend condensed milk
  • ½ cup lemon juice from concentrate
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 2 cups whipped topping
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 325°. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
  2. Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake 30 minutes. Cool, chill and spread with whipped topping.
