Creamy Lemon Pie

8 or 9-inch baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust

3 egg yolks or egg whites

14 oz. can sweetenend condensed milk

½ cup lemon juice from concentrate

Yellow food coloring

2 cups whipped topping

Preheat oven to 325°. In medium bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring.

Pour into prepared pastry shell and bake 30 minutes. Cool, chill and spread with whipped topping.
