Buffalo Chicken Tater Tots
Ingredients
  • ½ roasted chicken (shredded and no skin)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 bag frozen tater tots
  • ¼ cup hot sauce (your preference)
  • 1 cup Ranch
  • Mexican blend cheese.
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350*
  2. Shred chicken and place in greased 9x13 pan.
  3. Mix together in a small bowl ranch and hot sauce until well blended.
  4. Pour half of the sauce mixture on the chicken.
  5. Pour half of the crumbled bacon on the chicken.
  6. Layer the tater tots on top and then pour remaining sauce and bacon.
  7. Cover with cheese and back for 25 mins or until tater tots are done and cheese is melted.
