Savoury Oatmeal with Black Beans
Ingredients
  • 45 g rolled oats, (½ cup)
  • 2 halves sundried tomato
  • 60 g carrot, (1 medium), diced
  • 300 ml water, (1 ¼ cup)
  • ½ teaspoon bouillon powder, or other seasoning of choice
  • 40 g cooked black beans, (¼ cup)
  • 30 g mixed frozen sweet corn and peas, (¼ cup)
  • Few sprigs oregano, or other herbs of choice
  • Salt to taste
