Vegetable Ribbon Pasta
Ingredients
  • 8 oz quinoa pasta
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 5 cloves garlic chopped
  • 1 green zucchini
  • 1 yellow zucchini
  • 4 carrots -cleaned and peeled
  • 1 bunch asparagus (about 1 to 2 cups only use the tips)
  • 3 tablespoons avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
