Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 can Rotel
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes
  • 3 Tablespoons cumin
  • 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 32 oz. Box of Chicken broth
  • 1 whole loaf of Velveeta, diced into cubes
  • 16 oz. Container of French Onion dip
  • Tortilla chips
Steps
  1. Boil chicken breasts in water on the stove until juices run clear - about 25 minutes.
  2. Combine Rotel, diced tomatoes, cumin and garlic powder in a pot and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add chicken broth and let that simmer for about 10 minutes then add Velveeta  and chicken and cook until cheese is melted.
  4. Add French onion dip and cook until warmed thru.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
