  • 2 tablespoons Holy Basil tops C/S
  • 1 tablespoon Calendula flowers
  • ½ teaspoon Licorice root C/S
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon C/S
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh Orange Peel
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped dried Tart Cherries
  • Chai Spices (We used the following. These are customizable depending on availability and desired pungency)
  • 4 Cloves
  • 2 Cardamon pods
  • Pinch of Ginger (or 1 teaspoon of finely chopped fresh Ginger)
  • ½ teaspoon of Nutmeg (for extra sleep support*)
  • 4 cups of water
