“Free from Lots” Crackers
Ingredients
  • 1 egg (or 1tbsp chia with 3 tbspn water combined then sit for 5 mins)
  • 30g coconut oil (or butter)
  • 180g seeds (eg 80g sunflower, 100g pumpkin seeds)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
