Keto Burgers
Ingredients
  • ½ pound ground beef (80/20)
  • burger seasoning (I use Williams Sonoma)
  • Burger Bomb Sauce (again
  • Williams Sonoma)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 kale leaves
  • 1 tbsp butter.
Steps
  1. Directions: Preheat an iron skillet to medium high heat. Mix the burger seasoning into the ground beef and form into a patty. Melt the butter on the skillet. Place the burger patty on the skillet and cook for 4 to 6 minutes each side. While the burger is cooking, cut the jalapeno in strips and set aside. Remove the burger from the skillet and without removing the juices from the pan, crack the egg and cook over-easy. Place the burger patty on one piece of kale, then top with the sliced jalapeno, burger bomb sauce, fried egg and the second piece of kale. Option: melt cheddar cheese on top of the patty.
