  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground allspice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 6 oz uncooked medium egg noodles (about 3 ½ cups)
  • 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
  • Chopped fresh dill weed, if desired
