One-Pan Balsamic Chicken & Veggie Dinner

  • 1 head of broccoli, stalks removed and chopped
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts, halved
  • ½ pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • salt & pepper
