One Pan Healthy Sausage and Veggies
Ingredients
  • 2 small (1 cup) red potatoes
  • ¾ pound green beans
  • 1 large head of broccoli (1 and ½ cups)
  • 2 large or 6 to 7 mini (1 and ½ cups) sweet bell peppers
  • 9 ounces sausage, I use turkey or chicken
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley, quinoa/rice to serve with, Parmesan cheese
