LM CAKE BATTER OVERNIGHT CHIA OATS
Ingredients
  • 〰️1 cup rolled oats (I used @bobsredmill)⁣⁣
  • 〰️1 cup milk of choice (I used @califiafarms)⁣⁣
  • 〰️2 tablespoons chia seeds (I used @gardenoflife)⁣⁣
  • 〰️2 to 3 teaspoons almond extract (I used @simplyorganicfoods, which is the best and the only organic brand I've found-this ingredient is a huge reason it tastes like cake batter, so don't skip it! Also non organic brands taste stronger so use less!)⁣⁣
  • 〰️2 teaspoons vanilla extract (also @simplyorganicfoods)⁣⁣
  • 〰️1 tablespoon sweetener of choice (I used farmers market honey)⁣⁣
  • 〰️Pinch of fine grain sea salt (@redmondrealsalt, always!)⁣⁣
  • 〰️1 tablespoon organic sprinkles, optional but so so fun (I used @indiatree)⁣⁣
Steps
  1. Stir together all ingredients until well-combined. Place in a jar or covered bowl and refrigerate; stir again after 1 hour, then let sit overnight or up to 4 days. Serves 1.⁣
