Ingredients
  • 1 garlic clove (grated)
  • 2 scallions (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp. fresh cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. sesame seeds (toasted)
  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Chinese black vinegar
  • 2 tsp. chili oil
Steps
