  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 (17.6-oz.) pkg. steamed cooked lentils (about 2 ½ cups)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons plain whole-milk yogurt (not Greek-style)
  • ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
