Quick Tandoori Chicken Filling
For pastry and sandwiches
Ingredients
  • subheading: 2kg chicken wings/niblets (washed and drained):
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce (light or dark)
  • 1½ tbsp tandoori powder (I use Rajah brand)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp chilli sauce (I use a brand known as Mr Naga)
  • chopped coriander for garnishing (optional)
