Pizza Sauce from Facebook

We had a friend from Italy visiting, and she made her pizza sauce with tomato paste, salt, olive oil, and a little finely minced garlic...all uncooked. It was fantastic. My wife isn't into a lot of herbs and she loved the sauce. This is my new go-to method.

Someone else chimed in with something like I’ve been making it like that for 50 years, add oregano and basil.
