  • 2 Tbsp butter, ghee, or palm shortening, softened
  • 3 Tbsp unrefined granulated sugar (date, palm or maple sugar)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • ½ C unrefined granulated sugar (date, palm or maple sugar)
  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ C butter, ghee or palm shortening, melted
