Servings: Healthy and tasty snack
Ingredients
  • 1 cup of Medjool Dates
  • ¾ cup Mixed nuts (unsalted - my preference)
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 1 ¼ tbsp coconut oil
Steps
  1. toast chopped nuts in pan for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat
  2. add dates, cinnamon and coconut oil, allowing the coconut oil to melt, mix and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes
  3. pour mixture onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes (place the parchment paper into a S/M bowl)
  4. remove semi-hard mixture from refrigerator, mold into large square and place in freezer for 30 minutes

  • keep refrigerate
