Ingredients
- 1 cup of Medjool Dates
- ¾ cup Mixed nuts (unsalted - my preference)
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 1 ¼ tbsp coconut oil
Steps
- toast chopped nuts in pan for 3 to 5 minutes on medium heat
- add dates, cinnamon and coconut oil, allowing the coconut oil to melt, mix and simmer for 4 to 5 minutes
- pour mixture onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes (place the parchment paper into a S/M bowl)
- remove semi-hard mixture from refrigerator, mold into large square and place in freezer for 30 minutes
