Butter milk cake
Ingredients
  • Ingredient A
  • 250g  salted butter (room temp)
  • 140g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  •  
  • Ingredient B
  • 250g All purpose flour (sifted)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking  soda
  • ¼ tsp salt (omit if using salted butter)
  •  
  • Ingredient C
  • 150g milk + 1 tbsp vinegar = butter milk
Steps
  1. Method
  2. Cream butter n sugar untill color turned pale white
  3. Add one egg at a time n mix to combine
  4. Add ingredient B n buttermilk alternatively using a spatula to fold to combine. Do not over mixed.
  5. Divide into two loaf tins top with some cranberries n almond flakes  n bake at 180C for 25 to 30mins or until insert a satay stick comes out clean. Happy baking
