Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • ⅔ cup milk, room temperature
  • ½ cup packed all-purpose flour
  • 3 large eggs, room temperature
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Sweet topping of your choice (maple, corn or golden syrup, fresh fruit and berries, jam, or icing sugar)
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Place the butter in a Pyrex and melt it in the oven.
  3. Blend milk, flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt together until smooth; pour into the center of the Pyrex.
  4. Bake until puffed and golden, 20 to 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with sweet topping (maple, corn or golden syrup, fresh fruit and berries, jam, or icing sugar)
