  • ¼ teaspoon salt, (or to taste)

  • 8 small tortillas, (flour, corn, or gluten-free)
  • Toppings of choice such as: salsa, vegan sour cream, guacamole, vegan shredded cheese, chopped cilantro, chopped tomato, chopped onion, sliced avocado, or shredded lettuce.
