  • ⅓ cup raisins (optional)

  • 1 cup rolled oats (will be ground into flour)
  • 1.5 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • ½ tsp salt
