Italian-Style Triple Chocolate Biscotti
Ingredients
  • 2 cups ( 260 g) all purpose flour, (if you don't have a scale, measure by first fluffing the flour and spooning into a measuring cup. Then level with the blade of a butter knife)
  • ½ cup ( 60 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons ( 85 g) butter, softened
  • 1 cup ( 240 g) sugar
  • 2 large or extra-large eggs * see note
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups ( 220 g) dark chocolate baking chunks or chips
