  • 20g/ml olive oil ( 1.5 tbsps)
  • 80g light buckwheat flour ( ½ cup)
  • 80g GF oat flour (scant 1 cup)
  • 80g potato starch ( ½ cup)
  • 60g tapioca starch ( ½ cup)
  • 40g brown rice flour ¼ cup)
  • 8 to 10g sea salt ( ½ tbsp)
