A cauliflower base to make 2 recipes.
Ingredients
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets (about 1 medium crown - 325)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp liquid smoke
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F
  2. Place the cauliflower, walnuts, nutritional yeast, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, liquid smoke, onion powder, and garlic powder into food processor. Pulse until finely chopped.
  3. Spead in a rectangle on a baking sheet. Bake for about 30 minutes, flipping halfway through until browned around the edges. Divide in half
