Pioneer Woman Chicken and Noodles (Instant Pot)
  • 2 cans chicken broth
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 lb chicken breasts (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 package frozen egg noodles (24 oz) (Rheams?)
  1. Put chicken in Instant Pot first
  2. Pour in the 2 cans of broth, soup,  and butter on top (try to keep the cream soups on TOP of the chicken and off the bottom. Do not stir.)
  3. Put the lid on the Instant Pot and use poultry setting for 15 minutes
  4. Natural Pressure release
  5. Pull chicken out and shred
  6. Put chicken back into broth and add the bag of frozen noodles
  7. Stir and put lid back on pot
  8. Set the Instant Pot to the Soup setting for 5 min.
  9. When complete, use quick release, but very slowly to avoid starchy spray
